Shipping Policy

Currently we are unavailable to ship internationally; however, we are in the process to make this option available.

Shipping: Processing time is approximately between 3-5 weeks for your item(s) to be shipped. All items are shipped via USPS or UPS. Once the item has a shipping label created you will receive an email with the tracking information. Once the package has been picked up or delivered to the carrier company, it will no longer be our responsibility.

Lost/Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once package is marked "delivered" and is deemed lost by you, a claim needs to be filed with the post office or carrier. For other issues please contact your local post office or the carrier. 

Check Your Address: If package is sent back, it'll be at buyer's expense to re-ship. If package is delivered to wrong house, it is buyer's responsibility to track down package.

Local Pick-Up: If interested in local pick-up, PRIOR to checking out, please send us an email to with LOCAL PICK-UP in the subject line. Once approved by us, you will be given a code for checkout to by-pass the shipping costs. When your items are ready, you should receive an email with pick-up information. We will do our best to make local pick-up as easy as possible.
